20 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns (tater-tots works well too) (thawed) 
1 pound sausage or chopped ham or bacon (or ALL)
1 small onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated American cheese (or use your favorite)
6 eggs
1 cup Picante sauce (optional)
1 teaspoon garlic salt  
18 briquettes
tortillas (optional)
Cook meat till almost done.  Remove meat into a separate bowl.  Cook hash browns in oven till almost done.  Mix meat, onion, garlic salt, eggs, Picante sauce in with the hash browns and stir well.  10 briquettes on top and 8 briquettes on bottom.  Bake 20 - 25 minutes or until light brown.  Add cheese to top, reheat until cheese melted. You can scoop the stuff into tortillas and add picante.
